Pero también hay que ser realistas y la cosa no está fácil, así que una buena carta de referencia de tus jefes, te va a ayudar bastante. En muchos casos, incluso directamente la empresa te la pide, o, incluso aunque no te la pida, si ya la llevas tú, mucho mejor.
¿Qué debe incluir una carta de recomendación?
- Nombre completo del solicitante
- DNI
- Fecha
- Persona que recomienda (Nombre, Puesto que ocupa, Nombre de la empresa, Dirección, Tlef, mail)
La carta debe contestar al menos a una serie de preguntas:
- ¿Cuánto tiempo hace que conoce al solicitante?
- ¿Qué capacidades destacaría del solicitante?
- ¿Cómo evalúa la capacidad del candidato?
- ¿Cómo evalúa usted la disposición y motivación del candidato para lograr sus metas?
- ¿ Es el candidato la clase de persona con quien usted quisiera estar estrechamente relacionado como colega profesional?

La persona que recomienda hace constar a través de este escrito que D.——————— puede ser considerado un buen candidato a participar en los futuros procesos de selección. El desempeño académico y el comportamiento personal de esta persona, permiten recomendarle ampliamente.
