La compañía tecnológica HP formará y ofrecerá un contrato laboral de dos años en las áreas de Investigación y Desarrollo y de Negocios a universitarios recién titulados sin experiencia de toda Europa, a través del programa ‘HP Academy 2017’.
Según ha informado en un comunicado, los aspirantes realizarán diferentes pruebas online hasta quedar 100 finalistas, que tendrán que superar una fase final presencial en las oficinas de Barcelona en el próximo mes de julio, para la que recibirán una ayuda por desplazamiento y en la que pondrán en valor sus habilidades e intereses.
El periodo de aprendizaje durará una semana. Las actividades se desarrollarán en inglés e incluirán talleres, ponencias de expertos, ‘workshops’ y formación. Los candidatos deberán evidenciar habilidades como la pasión por la tecnología, nivel alto de inglés, proactividad, organización, responsabilidad y habilidades interpersonales.
Una vez concluido el proceso de selección, los candidatos finales se incorporarán a HP con un contrato laboral de dos años de duración en de la compañía.
Los perfiles que se buscan son los de recién titulados de diversas nacionalidades en R&D (Aeronáutica, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Electrónica, Organización Industrial, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Mecánica, Física e Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones) y Business (Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Ingenierías, Marketing y Operaciones) que tengan «un buen expediente académico».
HP también ha comunicado su compromiso por incrementar el número de mujeres en los departamentos de tecnología con el fin de asegurar «un entorno diverso» y ayudar a potenciar los estudios STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas) en los jóvenes.
El proceso de selección lo llevará a cabo la Fundación Universidad-Empresa (FUE) y los interesados deberán registrar su candidatura en la web oficial de ‘HP Academy 2017’ antes del próximo 30 de mayo.
