Well, we ING has awarded us the mortgage being asked 208.000 € and our revenues from 2800 € / month approx.
Since I submitted the documentation until I confirmed that was pre-approved mortgage in the absence of valuation did not pass 5 days. The appraisal was done 3 days later and 5 was approved. In addition we have date of signature.
I can not complain, really, the proper treatment, pricing a little low on the estimate but despite this we have obtained: Euribor + 0.33, home insurance, no guarantor (do not include this figure ), 0% commissions, credit and debit cards for free, etc.. (conditions of the payroll account associated with the mortgage).
In our case, advertising has come true so far and hope that keeps going until the signing :-)

We have for the last half year mortgage of 220,000 euros with them, 0'33 Euribor, the best we could find at that time. They do not charge commissions and management online is quick and easy (from our point of view).

Finally in early April via the Internet requesting subrogation of my current mortgage to the mortgage from ING.
