Inverse mortgage

The inverse mortgage is a financial product that grants a credit, with an agreed monthly revenue, to major persons with the guarantee of the housing in which they live, respecting the property of the holder up to his death, after which the heirs must return the credit or sell the property.

They are designed for persons of at least 62 years of age and that the mortgage on the housing has been paid completely.
