Measures to the crisis
I have never much liked the "memes" (a kind of chain between blogs with questions) because I think a good way to further expand the ombliguismo that's in the blogs, however this time I have spent a very interesting part of a Web also worth (Gurusblog) and is what the Government can take measures to ease the crisis?. The question is not easy example is that neither the Nobel economics are the answer.
So I leave with you my three election promises that breach as it arrives to minister:
- INEM: One of the major problems we will face will be the redeployment of employees in the construction sector, the task is not easy, and frankly I do not trust that the INEM is capable of that. An investment in this body, its ability to train the unemployed and a new approach to the larger companies could make the largest database of potential employees to operate as it should.
- Lowers the tax rate on transactions of housing (VAT tax or property transactions). Being a% on the price of housing, currently the tax is excessive and remove liquidity from the market. It would be a good measure to encourage this sector and possibly the rebate would be passed on purchased rather than the seller.
- Energy independence through public investment. Spain is proving to be a power in an industry as competitive as they are renewable energies that although for the moment are not profitable it is a trend of international investment. It would be that we could become leaders in this sector in addition to the generation of jobs.
- Improve the fight against tax fraud. Although it is a very unpopular does not get the joy with which he moves the black money in this country. Maybe we should reinforce the teams that monitor the cunplimiento of our obligations to Haceinda.
As a good "meme" is my turn to leave the witness to two other blogs, the winners of this little gift is poisoned Jesus Perez de especulacion.org and Leopoldo Abbey author of the famous paper explaining the birth of the current crisis.
So today (which is a holiday for me) I propose that the debate in the area of reviews turn around the measures we propose to the crisis.
