La unica solucion para las crisis es el tiempo, todo pasara,, unos saldran mejor parados y otros no, pero es asi como se superan, en tiempos de crisis siempre alguien cae, es un reajuste que sucede cada cierto tiempo, mi consejo es el que todos sabemos, trabajar, aqunque nos bajen de categoria,nos pagen menos,nos pagen tarde, trabajar trabajar y trabajar…ya que es muy dificil ahorrar, solo nos queda gastar lo menos posible, y dentro de un par de años volveremos poco a poco a la normalidad, con la leccion aprendida, y mas madruros todos, pienso que los principales afectados somos jovenes, y que no se puede desesperar o arrojar la toalla alas primeras mal dadas.

Y la verdad, para que este Gobierno haga algo bién, lo primero que tiene que hacer es… ALGO!!!!. Todavía están en la fase de negación del problema, y así es imposible avanzar. Y regalar dos bombillitas para superar la crisis energética en España es más inútil que regalar condones en África. Ya que veo que escuchas la brújula, en septiembre, cuando vuelvan de las vacaciones, escucha los viernes la minisección “la tienda de los favores”, verás cuanto paniaguado hay que mantener.
Por cierto, yo ya escucho la brújula (como habrás comprobado), prueba en escuchar la Linterna de la economía, sobre todo si sale Roberto Centeno o el Prof. Barea (el que mandaba en el Banco de España cuando se arreglaron las cuentas del euro), verás lo interesante qué resulta.

Si no es sensato ¿por que unas de sus medidas (electoralistas) fué el poder amplicar la hipoteca a 50 años?

Me temo que si, que el sobrante se lo deberas con un prestamo personal. Desde mi punto de vista no es mala solucion. Trabajo con hipotecas impagadas en un banco y algunos casos son muy parecidos al tuyo (con origen en una ruptura de los titulares).

Al final, si rehaces tu vida, lo que pages de prestamo personal te parecera una bendicion.
Como decia un anuncio… si tu vida sexual va bien… todo lo demas no importa (o te importa menos).

La medida de los 400, ha resultado claramente regresiva, o me lo parece a mí?
Estoy sufriendo un shock que me lleva a un estado catatónico, después de saber que a mi mujer la echan del trabajo por el cierre de su pyme que no puede soportar tanto gasto debido a la crisis??
Lo 400 pavos se van a cobrar a cuenta de IRPF, si te corresponde una devolución el año que viene, porque pagas hipoteca o alquiler, te lo descontarán el año que viene.
Renta Medio-Baja = no es un regalo, es un anticipo
Para las rentas no tan ahogadas, no les corresponde devolución, que en términos netos tendrán que pagar una suma positiva, si que obtendrán una bajada de impuestos.
Renta Alta = regalo.
Con este planteamiento, creo que ha sido una medida regresiva, inútil, ha dilapidado aún más nuestros tocados fondos nacionales y que no ha cumplido su obejtivo, ya que las rentas altas no lo utilizan para activar el consumo y el empleo.
Gobierno de inútiles, tanto peperos como zperos, yo creo que tendrían más futuro como cómicos.
No pasa nada hemos ganado la Eurocopa y Nadal es el Number one… por cierto en que se habrá gastado los 400 pavos?? en cola cao???

Pero hazme caso, óyelo sólo un poquito que si no es malo. Al Sr. Barea un día le va a dar un infarto ya que es pura indignación. Normalmente no me gustan mucho las personas que hablan con esa suficiencia, la verdad.
Ahora en serio, el Pais ya se permite criticar (y mucho al PSOE? Para cuando la COPE o Telemadrid dirán algo bueno del PSOE. A mi me merece mucho más respeto la gente iconoclasta que los facilotes que se apuntan a hacer leña de los árboles caídos, la verdad
