Ya, tío, pero en 2008…no sacas ni 250.000. Pues bien,despues de rebajarlo a 290.000, le han llamado 2 parejas. Unos lo quieren pero el banco no les da la hipoteca(qué os suena?)
La otra pareja dice que sí. Que tienen de sobra. Una parte en B? Y snataspascuas. Pues bien…90.000 de beneficio que se sacará el potrero, el equivalente a 4 años trabajando!!!O casi lo que me costó mi piso sin IVA!!!En fin..unos nacen con estrella…y otros estrellaos!!!

Eso demuestra que cada caso inmobiliario es un mundo y las generalizaciones son malas. Seguro que hay pisos que han bajado un 20% ó 25%, pero seguro que hay otros que habrán subido un 5% o simplemente, siguen valiendo lo mismo.

Lo que sí tengo claro es que si se es capaz de jugar con las condiciones de hipoteca para quitarte de encima la deuda en unos 10 años mediante aportizaciones anticipadas, pronto se tendrá el resultado de una inversión hecha con la cabeza.

Eso sí, pagarlo en 20 ó 30 años ya no es negocio para nosotros, desde luego.

Las generalizaciones son malas siempre. Estoy seguro que a mucha gente le queman los pisos en las manos por haberse metido en un berenjenal arriesgado, pero otros simplemente van haciendo, progresando en su sabiduría económica y, al final, conseguirán lo que se han propuesto.

Porque ser propietario de un piso no es un pecado mortal, aunque muchos lo crean (y lo deseen).
