Buy a Frac

Despite tremendous sin of articles in newspapers, there is a phrase that I did not finish like it and is one of "Pessimism does not create jobs." Indeed so, but not create or pessimism or optimism, the often create businesses and entrepreneurs, who generally are realistic and know how to take advantage of the situation at the time.

A clear example is the wonderful business of defaulting:

If real estate funds and real estate companies have abandoned their interest in Spain, the same thing does not happen with the multinational recovery of charges for which Madrid has become a favorite of their capitals. A pioneer in Spain, the Swedish Intrum Justitia and French Contentia and Effico, he had joined recently, Norwegian or German Aktiv Kapital GFKL, which have been made with Spanish firms. Or the British Financial Link, which landed directly. If the business before it was given to the buyers, is now charged to non-compliant.

In Spain we had a company with vast experience in the industry, it is the collector of fractions and is lined with the crisis because it caters to 40% more cases in Spain.

"The phones burn in our headquarters. We have registered in just five months a 40% increase in the volume of services requested, because it is repeating the crisis of 1993-94, "says the commercial director of the signing, Juan Carlos Granda.Sin However, the worst is to come . "Every month we have more customers, but in September we expect a massacre," added Granda. The area north of Spain is the least defaulting show, according to the statistics of this firm. In contrast, in the Valencia and Andalucia have jumped alarms at the high number of debtors that has left the crisis in the construction sector at all levels: in the recruitment of workers, sale of flats, land ...

It seems that in this country to work we will have to change the monkey on the tails.

At collector fraction of it has left many competitors, all with a similar approach but with different costumes and we can see them dressed in Scottish piper, with a layer of Spanish knight of Zorro, the Clown collector of Tunø university, a Franciscan monk from (the monastery's collection) of the godfather of "Cosa Nostra" or even Pink Panther, the latter being the most that has had international repercussions, as in this, if the Spaniards have much R & D.

Another is that despite the decline continues as it is healthy Banco Santander which improved their performance by 22% in first half 4730 to win millions.

These results have been achieved in a very complex economic and financial that has caused a large number of global financial institutions, which compares with Banco Santander, have reported losses and have announced significant expansions of capital. In this environment, Banco Santander has increased its profit per ordinary share (EPS) 14.3%, reflecting its management capacity.

I Keep removing his hat before Booty and we can say what they want on their brutal profits but we will always have the opportunity to participate in them buying shares.

However, customers are not very happy with the bank since the rise in the Euribor shoots claims against banks and boxes.

The claims of customers to the Bank of Spain have grown nearly 10% in the first half with respect to the same period of 2007, mainly due to complaints about the interest rates on mortgages, which have risen substantially by the rise in the Euribor .

The Santander was the bank that moved to a larger number of claims in 2007 between the major entities, with 374 compared with 614 a year earlier, ahead of Banesto, with 238 in 2007 after receiving 230 in 2006, and BBVA , With 203, which improves and reduces from the 236 it received last year.

And finally, we look at the latest warning from the IMF on the impact of financial crisis on the real economy

What worries the Fund is that banks have increasingly difficult to attract additional capital. But above all, that the adjustment in the financial sector affected "negatively to the real economy." To that is added the problem of inflation, complicating the job of central banks to find a balance between growth and financial stability.

I am not bound to be surprised by the term "real economy", which makes me think that until just over a year we lived in a "dreamlike economy."

Good morning,

Yesterday I went through a car dealership (Ford) to see a new model that interested me because my car starts to fall to pieces (with 12 years is well written off, no?).

I was going with the idea that I would try either, as they say that sales have fallen by 40%.

When we start to talk about the price asked me what was my budget to what I answer that depends on how I give my car today.

My surprise was that I answered: "No we are left with used cars."

It continues with: "Well ... maybe nothing can be done through some that we know who are engaged in buying and selling ..." Like making me a favor!

Will be that there is no crisis and can afford that luxury ...

Well wing! there are left and I follow with my car, that should be saved, and I do not want to take my hair ...

Greetings

Good morning, everyone,

I've already much time reading the articles and then the comments. I found this site by accident a day looking for information on the Euribor and the global economic crisis. Tell that to all that are not read because after so much to say and comment on the economic situation of Spain and the rest of the world. I think that what is coming is quite big and in some moments I had fear for my parents who have some small savings in their boxes of all life on a fixed term. My fear is that it can happen as in Argentina and more after reading that is part of one of the most indebted boxes of Spain. For me I am not afraid because as many of españolitos walk living daily with mortgage, temporary jobs after leaving through the back door at a company and taking it indefinitely couple that is in my same situation or even worse because their business is growing more delays in paying his salary and those of its peers. Is that the lean will get anorexic and forgive the expression but I think it will be well and I like all the others will have to fight as many of our parents when we had to fight not levantabamos three spans of the floor. It is another. Now we have to remind us that the recommendations towards saving our parents, tighten their belts and to pull ahead ....

Hello everybody.

The International Monetary Fund has sent a serious warning to mariners. The financial crisis continues to worsen due to the slowdown in the global economy. It becomes a very serious warning to Ireland, Britain and Spain that the floors may be worth less than the mortgages underwritten for purchase.

The losses that are considered so far by the financial crisis are estimated at 400,000 million dollars and it is considered that these losses could reach a trillion dollars.

That meeting with a flat that is worth less than their mortgage, was in Japan in the 90s. The effects of that are still suffering in many Japanese households.

IMF considers that one of the keys to avoiding such a situation is to halt the decline of the U.S. housing market to achieve stabilization.

The positive part of the report is that Spain is in the country, which is in a better position (better than Ireland and Great Britain), in fact, according to Jaime Caruana, Director of the Department of Monetary Affairs of the IMF, the Spanish financial system is able to cope with the mortgage crisis and is adequately capitalized.

Let us hope that for once a Guru of these issues is right and wise with their forecasts.

I leave with you two links on this subject. The first is a very graphic graphic (worth the braying or redundancy). One already makes C. Lopez.
http://www.cotizalia.com/cache/2008/07/29/68_advierte_pisos_pueden_llegar_valer_menos.html

http://www.elmundo.es/mundodinero/2008/07/28/economia/1217256713.html

I assume that within a time throughout this storm will have passed and the situation will recover. What I left a huge question is whether we will be able to learn the lesson or whether, on the contrary, we would be able to repeat the same mistakes of the past few years. I'm not betting on the subject because I believe I have the answer very clear majority of all.

Just in case, I think it would be good to hold all the memory in what it said 192 of the comment yesterday from "anonymous outraged"

I read several months ago, this site, and I have to admit that the tests are often very successful. Therefore I would like to ask whether it would be better to leave Spain (for those who can do it, of course). I say this because although the crisis is going to be global, that without any doubt, I think here the situation is going to be much more severe than in surrounding countries, because of our disproportionate indebtedness.

Do you suppose it would be better to go to Scotland or Ireland, for example, rather than continue here? Thank you very much in advance for your input, always interesting.

for CLópez

Santiago Child heifer and wrote an article that was titled: "financial economy vs real economy" (or vice versa)
In the "Economic Bulletin ICE"

I think it's obvious that we live in an economy totally unreal and fictitious, beyond the reach of many.
Because purchasing power has disappeared, the purchasing power became borrowing capacity and borrowing capacity in many cases did not correspond with the ability to return.
Solution: funding at any price, because it can not repay the debt, which pay the face.

Anyway, as usual, consumerism, consumerism and consumerism +!

I am already almost become a religion of the Child ... will only make sense as necessary and adding value is what a premium (when you pass the time of crisis blot me, then enjoy all things unnecessary and hilarious and I do not ... jejeje)

When a country is full of vagrants, thieves, corrupt, eager for easy money at the expense of whoever is in the interests of itself and others, there comes a point where it empties into something that is called CRISIS.Y over those who govern are those who are equally and will not stop because they are not interested.

The problem is not that the value of the home is less than the mortgage ... the question is to pay the mortgage. Anyone who bought it to live cares little for your home (for now), not to be that you want to speculate. Clearly the situation is different for the "pasapiseros."

Building permits in Spain reiterated the collapse of the sector in Spain 29-07-2008 - 09:36

The day before the playpen, cafes, bars and restaurants were full.

#47, Quien me mandaría
