Buenos días a todos.
Tengo una duda que lleva un tiempo en mi cabeza y es la siguiente.
Yo ahora mismo, y por suerte tengo (mas bien, mi banco) un piso de 3 hab, con 2 cuartos de baño, trastero y garage que me costó 25 millones y por suerte no tengo problemas a la hora de pagar la hipoteca.
Yo antes opinaba que vivir de alquiler, era tirar el dinero, pero ahora, por circunstancias personales, las cuales pueden dar un giro a la vida que tengo actualmente (digase posible separación), estoy mirando un piso y ando mirando uno de 2 hab, 2 baños, parcela y garage, pues bien en 7 años ha pasado de 25 por 3 hab a 40 por 2 hab, asi que lo del alquiler no es descabellado, pero claro al precio que están …, pues estamos jodi.. por todos los lados.
Que solución hay a este problema.
No vale contestar con estar en casa de los padres hasta independizarnos, porque al paso que vamos se irán antes nuestros hijos que nosotros.

A pesar de que “solo” tengo 26 años se lo que es vivir sin salud, sin trabajo/dinero y sin amor… También se lo que es estar sin ninguna de las 3 cosas… El tema del amor es como todos, la gente va y viene y las relaciones igual, te llevas chascos, desilusiones… nada nuevo que no sepáis. El tema del dinero merece un poquito mas de explicación… Cuando la crisis de los 90 puso las cosas más graves en mi casa yo tenía unos 12 años más o menos… Yo personalmente a esas edades no era la que sufría por llegar a fin de mes y pagar las facturas (como seguro que lo habéis sufrido muchos foreros mayores que yo) pero se lo que es ver a mi madre llorar mirando la cartilla del banco o la nevera casi vacía… Y eso para una niña, que no alcanza a entender bien lo que está pasando es también muy duro. Siempre desde chiquitina he sido ahorradora pero vivir eso me hizo darme mucha más cuenta de la importancia del dinero y de saberlo ahorrar y gestionar cuando lo tienes… Yo ahora veo la gente que en plena entrada a otra crisis pasa de todo, echa la casa por la ventana con la eurocopa de fútbol, no perdonan las vacaciones, siguen gastando y derrochando y no entiendo nada… ¿es que acaso nadie se acuerda ya de lo que lloramos mirando la cartilla del banco hace 14 años? ¿Es que soy la única de toda España que vio a su madre llorar por no saber como llenar la nevera para que sus hijos comieran? Es verdad que euribor up up es un poco cansino repitiendo siempre lo mismo de ¡¡¡ahorrad ahorrad!!! (es euribor up up ¿verdad? a ver si me he liado…) pero tiene mas razón que un santo, aunque en algunas formas de ahorrar no esté de acuerdo con él (lo de probarse los pantalones en una tienda para luego no llevarselos me parece un pelin rastrero), cada uno debe buscar su manera de guardar miguitas de pan para el invierno económico que está na punto de llegar…

Luego esta el tema de la salud… Es triste escribir esto sabiendo que a nadie le va a valer de nada, porque hasta que no te pasa algo así no aprendes, no te das cuenta de lo que tienes… Y lo se porque a mi me ha pasado… Pero no se porque tengo la necesidad de escribirlo… Hace como 2 años sufrí un grave accidente que casi me deja en silla de ruedas y cambió radicalmente mi vida durante bastante tiempo… Ya no solo perdí salud, sino que no podía trabajar (de hecho no podía hacer ninguna actividad que no fuera tumbada en la cama) y perdí también el amor, si se puede llamar así a alguien que cuando ve que las cosas se tuercen y ya no es divertido estar contigo se busca a otra… Y ya no es solo la pérdida de salud física, si no también todos los problemas psicológicos que esto acarreó: Complejos, sensación de inutilidad, agorafobia, ansiedad, asco y pena de mi misma… Me sentía un despojo humano… Vamos que no fue precisamente la mejor etapa de mi vida…

Todas estas experiencias me han servido para crecer, madurar y formarme una personalidad y una escala de valores.

En primer lugar está la salud, porque sin salud puedes perder todo lo demás, es la base de esta pirámide, el pilar básico, pero es triste que solo nos demos cuenta cuando se nos rompe. Y salud no es estar perfectos, todos tenemos nuestras cositas, mi espalda nunca volverá a ser la que era, pero me llena de felicidad cada vez que aunque me duele pienso, por lo menos puedo contarlo de pie, puedo correr para coger el autobús o puedo agacharme para jugar con mis sobrinos o mis perros…

En segundo lugar está el trabajo, salvo excepciones contadas que serian felices todo el día tumbados al sol (y dudo mucho que no se cansaran pronto de una vida así) creo que todos necesitamos sentirnos útiles en esta sociedad, contribuir a que la rueda gire, crear, ayudar… Salvo los parásitos de la sociedad a los que nunca entenderé… Yo por fin puedo volver a trabajar y me siento realmente útil y feliz cuando contribuyo en mi trabajo a solucionar los problemas de los demás. También soy feliz cuando llego a casa cansada de tantas horas de trabajar y tumbada en la cama pienso como después de ese día estoy un poquito más cerca de cumplir mis sueños…

Por ultimo está el amor, ahora mismo estoy empezando a conocer a una persona, no tengo una relación, pero es bonito sentir esa ilusión de cuando una historia empieza… Aun así, sin amor se puede vivir, os lo aseguro, me ha costado pero he aprendido a hacerlo, lo que no puede faltar nunca es el amor por uno mismo, el aceptarnos tal y como somos, querernos y valorarnos sin sentir la necesidad de tener a alguien a nuestro lado diciéndonos lo mucho que valemos y lo guapos que somos… Es bastante importante…

Bueno perdonad todo este rollo, la verdad es que es algo que llevaba rondando por mi cabeza desde que lei el post aquel y por fin lo he podido plasmar aquí… ¡¡¡Benditas vacaciones!!!

Compañeros, quiero comentaros que si, que la cosa esta poniéndose fea, pero mientras tengamos salud para trabajar, empleo (mejor o peor) para ganar dinero con el que poder llenar nuestras neveras y el amor de nuestra pareja, familiares y amigos, todo será mucho más fácil, o al menos debería de serlo…

La tele de plasma, la Wii, el teléfono ultimo modelo y las vacaciones son cosas secundarias, prescindibles, que para nada nos dan la felicidad, al revés nos crean la angustia de no poderlas conseguir, nos hacen creer que no podemos ser felices sin un coche nuevo, una tele de 42 pulgadas, un equipo home cinema y unas vacaciones en la ribera Maya, pero… ¿Hasta cuando vamos a dejar que nos engañen? Compañeros mirad a vuestro alrededor, vale que el euribor está subiendo, los precios también, el dinero escaseando, pero… ¿Estáis seguros de que no tenemos todo lo necesario para ser felices? Yo creo que aun lo tenemos…

Si tu que eres andaluz dices que estas cansado de según que comentarios, como te crees que nos sentimos los catalanes?

Aquí encima de p*t*s ponemos la cama, ya cambio, al menos en mi caso, las jornadas son de mínimo 9-10 horas y de subvenciones, leches!

Aunque también quiero decirte que conozco andaluces en catalunya que hace años vinieron porque allí se morían de hambre y vinieron a catalunya a ganarse la vida humildemente. Y la verdad es que ahora, muchos de ellos, han vuelto, porque según dicen allí se vive muchisimo mejor…

Esto, hablo desde el desconocimiento, no ha hecho más que empezar.
Yo creo que el próximo año va a ser peor.
En la empresa donde trabajo, el año pasao batimos records de producción, este año ibamos camino de ello, y de repente un parón de la leche.
Junio y Julio que suelen ser meses en los que no damos abasto, ahora mismo estamos practicamente parados, y da la impresión de que hasta los EEUU no salgan, los demás no saldremos.

Cada vez me preocupan más los artículos que se publican acerca de la situación de bancos y cajas. Ultimamente he realizado algún depósito a plazo pero su política agresiva para captar capital casi a costa de cualquier interés me preocupa.
Según vosotros, hoy en día es seguro tener el dinero en el banco o sería mejor meterlo en caja fuerte hasta que pase el temporal?

Ayer, cené con unos antiguos compañeros de universidad. Afortunadamente todos estamos metidos en el mundo de empresa y finanzas, pero en ámbitos bien distintos con lo que pudimos contrastar que la crisis de la construcción, se está extendiendo como la pólvora a los demás sectores vía reducción de consumo.

Lo que me pareció escandaloso es que uno de ellos que es auditor, nos comentase que un cliente suyo que se dedica al cemento estaba subiendo precios. Yo extrañado le comenté que tengo un cliente del cual me fío totalmente que me había dicho que en los últimos pedidos había conseguido el cemento 3€/m^3 mas barato. Incluso vi los papeles de los pedidos.

Estuvimos dándole vueltas al coco, hasta que salió la verdad. ¿Quién es el cliente principal de esta cementera? EL ESTADO.

Ya esta, ya nos la han metido otra vez. ¿Quien es el “jefe de compras” del estado? ¿Este señor es tonto o es una socialización de perdidas encubierta?

Es decir, todos los industriales de la construcción están reduciendo márgenes para ser competitivos ante la bajada del volumen de trabajo en el sector excepto los que pagamos entre todos, que se permiten el lujo de subir precios para acabar de exprimir el limón.

No saquemos conclusiones precipitadas, a lo mejor hay algún contrato previo de suministro con precios marcados, o quizás ese cemento es cada vez mas bueno, o quizás el “jefe de compras del estado” y el sr “cementero” se van de “campamentos” juntos.

La información está ahí, disgregada pero ahí está.

No se vosotros, pero yo por ejemplo, no se si será por los años, pero antes con muchas menos cosas disfrutabamos más.
Yo antes con un balón en los pies y con unos amigos me lo pasaba de p madre.
Hay que irse de vacaciones porque si.
Recuerdo cuando iba con mis padres, tíos, primos, amigos al monte, a la piscina, con la tortilla de patatas, las pechugas y demás cosas que hacian las amatxus y todo por 4 duros.
Yo me lo pasaba genial.
Ahora hay que comprarle al crío la play, la nintendo o la que sea.
Pagarle las clases de tenis, de judo, o lo que se precie.
Nos hemos vuelto (entre los que me incluyó) unos consumistas exagerados.
Todo esto viene a cuenta de que el otro fin de semana fuí al monte con mis padres, hermana, cuñado y sobrinilla (6 meses) y recordé esos momentos.

En la empresa en la que trabajo el record de producción fue en 2006.
El año 2007 fue tambien muy bueno, aunque no tanto como el anterior.
En 2008 las cosa van como algunos pronosticamos. Hasta final de julio hemos sobrevivido pero con un bajonazo alarmante. Para el cuatrimestre de Septiembre a Diciembre el tema está horroroso. Septiembre nos encontramos con que nos sobran unas 30 personas (de 220 cuando lo normal otros años eran unas 350). De Octubre a Diciembre solo vemos un tunel negro como la boca de un lobo.
Sector industrial ligado indirectamente con la contrucción.

De 2009 algunos no queremos ni oir hablar.

Hola, me gustaria añadir una cosa a ACLARADOR…
estoy de acuerdo contigo que por desgracia eso en nuestra comunidad es asi, pero tambien me gustaria decir que muchos de esos agricultores (que no son pocos), estan cogiendo la ayuda agraria, a la vez trabajando, y si tiene hijos, igual. Por otro lado esta recibiendo ayudas desde la Union Europea. Tambien el politico de turno de ayuntamiento del pueblo, firmando jornales a cambio del voto seguro ya todo eso se llama ESTAFAR. Y no se que pasa en otras comunidades, pero eso es el pan de cada dia en Andalucia, asi que muchos de los que ahora se jubilan y cobran una miseria que echen la mirada atras y vean que han hecho por que a todos nos gusta estar en casa y cobrando.

axa, debe ser bastante desesperante inventarte algo,que te pillen y no poder demostrarlo, y claro entonces nos comportamos como crios, “es que éste me ha insultado…”, “es que dice que yo he dicho que he escuchado lo que dijo de mí…”, realmente preocupante, si te inventas algo y te pillan da la cara, pide perdón y aguanta el chaparrón, y me trae absolutamente sin cuidado que no me respondas, no está en tus manos que yo siga hablando del tema, aguantarás el chaparrón el tiempo que yo considere necesario, hasta que pidas perdón.
Ese ansiado cambio de actitud debe ser tuyo, me encanta mi actitud, así me educaron mis padres y así educaré a mis hijos, y ahora me pones 50 negativos desde todos los Pc’s de tu oficina, me llamas rojo, amigo de sudacas o lo que te de la gana, me seguirá trayendo sin cuidado por que sé que he hecho lo correcto.
Aunque pidas perdón el sol, seguramente, seguirá saliendo por el lugar de siempre…

¿por que no hay a disposición del mercado motores alternativos cuyas patentes compraron las petroleras?
¿Por que no salen ya al mercado captadores de luz solar para generación de electricidad a un coste muy muy inferior a las placas fotovoltaicas actuales?
¿Por que han especulado con las materias de primera necesidad?

Pues para forrarse. El sistema actual tiene este límite: las empresas que se han hecho grandes dominan el mercado de cualquier manera para conseguir el máximo beneficio propio (Maquiavelo…).
