Hancock

Hancock (Will Smith) is the latest superhero movie that lands on the Billboard Spanish, but unlike others, here the protagonist is not politically correct because it is an alcoholic that his superpowers are to bring in cool.

The problem with this "Superlopez American" is that it is much loved by the general public (they insult most of the time), but this changes when a man who works in public relations, Ray Embrey, decides to help improve its image, then that Hancock will save it from being hit by a train.

You see, in the twenty to superheroes need a marketing department.

Yesterday we had a savior of the earth, which is not a superhero black if not we talk about black gold, one that also tends to be insulted by the general public, but this week has met with the kryptonite of the economic crisis and had to think "Hey, if the world does not grow as well stop using oil right?". So I have that this week has lost nearly $ 10, just when we needed good news. Like good movies, leaving the plot to the end.

In Spain, the movie mode is the melodrama of Martinsa-Fadesa and concerned (banks, customers and suppliers) in The Economist makes us an interesting overview of what the insolvency proceedings. I think we should highlight the following paragraph:

When the company sought the assistance before it reaches insolvency, such as Martinsa-Fadesa, not only is there no collapse of the company, but the advantages for the administrator are far superior to those obtained from a competition when the company is already insolvent and more if he had promoted one or more of the debtors.

The question that is asked by many is: What happens to my house? "I call Martinsa but nobody says anything and the builder has stopped work". So far we know little, except that the presales for the developer, headed by Fernando Martin amounted to 12,578 according to documents submitted to the CNMV.

Gradually out some dirt on the promoter, coomo that an appraisal report inflated results Martinsa in 2007.

A report Tasamadrid, company valuation subsidiary of Caja Madrid (the main creditor of Martinsa-Fadesa), attributed such value to the property acquired, which allowed revalue included at 4.617 million. That made the purchase of Fadesa, whose 86.5% cost 3.512 million in March 2007 - at a bargain, to the extent that the company said 416 million as profit on the difference between the amount paid and the alleged true value of assets, as reflected in the audit of the company. Without that point accounting, supported by the report Tasamadrid, Martinsa-Fadesa have come into losses in 2007, by the high costs associated with the purchase of Fadesa.

A few months ago I was forced to write every day the name of a new estate with economic problems, now touches the daily listing of companies with records of employment regulation. Today we have Spanair starts a quarter of its workforce and Vueling are thinking of doing the same.

Go peliculón. Right?

In general, the residential areas of FADESA the running construction companies important (they are heavy, 20M €, 30 M € only urbanization + buildings apart). They tend to have endorsed the latest certifications once you have finished the work, all the rest 'endorsing the stop work'. Obviously the builders have stopped all developments and constructions. Probably when you feel the new manager, some promotions resume (which they are sold already, and almost finished) by endorsements of certificates partial. 6 months paronazo not take them off anyone. What is clear is that they are not begun, or sold whole to the public as are painful. This is the best case scenario. To me, I can think of many worse scenario, where the notes and confirmings company can not run and so and so, builders fail to pay suppliers .... Go Christ is coming!

If this is to be "progressive" I delete

When on Monday unveiled the long-awaited news of a voluntary creditors Martins - Fadesa, one said in the same ongoing projects would be completed, this was said to reassure the staff, but did not believe anyone.

Well, today we have ascertained that no, there are plenty of housing developments and golf courses half-finished for all the geography and the news showed families occupying their homes purchased and still unfinished.

For instance we have the tourist and residential complex "Vallfosca Mountain Resort in La Vall Fosca (Pyrenees): 1,200 hotel beds, 965 single-family, golf course, shopping mall, convention center, spa of 2500 m2 and 30 km from ski slopes, etc. When your day is announced the project, environmentalists opposed such an outrage, but no one believed in it, they will know these colgaos to create wealth.

Now ay_untamiento considering suing MF for breach of contract, while both the stark reality: 30 km of forest razed, skeletons of buildings on all sides and the construction companies hasty retreat. They have left mortally wounded a landscape that until then had been kept safe from the turmoil speculative.

All this has left half, because only yesterday, presented CVA 6 subcontractors MF. As for all this nonsense will have to add staff to swell the ranks of the unemployed.

Most regrettable of all is that we do not learn from the mistakes of "bread today, hunger tomorrow and in a few years nobody will remember this crisis, and we'll fill cement everything should be just nature. This is progress?

I said, I delete

Greetings!

Hi guys.

How could it be otherwise now is the day that everyone openly acknowledges that there is crisis. (Even ZP makes a semanita)

That Llanera petara could indicate that there is crisis.
That banks do not trust themselves and shoot the Euribor might indicate that there is crisis.
Many people go to the unemployed may indicate that there is crisis.
That vehicle sales have fallen 40% in Catalonia could indicate that there is crisis.
Martins Fadesa has petado could indicate that there is crisis.

But the spark that confirms the crisis saw him yesterday on TV. The debut of the Fairy says literally that is the only recommended Tuperware.

Que bueno! Usually advertising campaigns can give you more valuable information than many biased reports you can read, because enterprises are doing the bread in meeting the needs of its clients, and devote many resources to it.

It may seem silly, but behind the realization of this announcement dishwasher, sure there are several market studies (of course expensive) that have indicated to the Procter & Gamble a trend significant enough of your target audience to eat tupperware. One of two, or suddenly the Spanish have more hunger, or is the turnover of the restaurants menu will be shortened for a spell.

This suggests that consumption is being reduced by forced marches, brother touched the budget family that affect the stomach is that something is wrong.

Greetings

I bought my flat in planes in 2005, when I signed the contract I had to make the first delivery, and the contract was already detailed the dates and amounts of supplies to the deed of the house. For in the time of the first installment (3000 € I think), I gave a bank guarantee for the sum of all deliveries had to be done in 2 years to take to build the floor (€ 30,000) plus interest concerned.

Is that a company like MF did not give endorsements?.

Good morning!

How important is a good autocampaña marketing! As stated CLopez Hancock.
You have a product cojonudo, do your job better than anyone, but if you can not sell it ... date for fucking.
I'm sure most you all know the typical partner who does or the egg. You know, for you see day to day work. However, the hawk, you know get a brilliant phrase, a report shining or cakes for breakfast the day that your boss has more hungry turkeys manolo.

In times of crisis, what would you do about this?

2 options:

- Nothing and endure the storm and trust your work and effort (do not expect socialization of costs).

- Building to train you, train you and train you. Acquiring a qualitative advantage not to fall into natural selection - Economy - Darwinian.

Greetings majos!

No problem, yesterday went ZP saying

"We stand for workers .."

I think he skipped an episode of Sesame Street. They are "above" of workers. If adjacent, where 1100 people are going to the street, they would have to go outside, but I remember that Mr. ZP to be prime minister has a salary for life, that is, that when he goes to the street within 10 years will continue taking its X thousand Euros a month and can pay their mortgage (variable if you do not remember ..), but the worker who went to the street now, probably in a short period of time may not meet its payments if not find another job.

See if ZP learns he is not there to give moral backing to say, we're with you, everything's going well, that's what psychologists, priests, friends and beer. He is there to say:

LET'S DO THIS TO SOLVE THIS: ... .... XXXXX ... ...

But of course, that would earn his salary (and sure of itself).

In my company make me goals. Within a year I review them. If not the case, my salary goes into "slow down". Why the politicians do not do the same? Easy, because never meet, never mind PSOE, PP, or whoever. They just work (and as commercial) 4 months every 4 years, in elections.

Anyone seen the parody of the U.S. elections in emerging candidates saying they're going to lie, lie and lie to get the votes needed to win power? Well, not only happens in the U.S.

At least tomorrow is Friday ....

Consuming which can ...
When a crisis wants to take shape and become visible to the public, is manifested in two ways: in the basket and at the offices of unemployment. Job losses being brutal, I say the 'death', the word terrible, is not mine "of small businesses threatens to resemble a pandemic and will arrive later this year with three million unemployed officially registered. Regarding inflation, the fact is that those who go to the supermarket every Saturday we see clearly that our purchasing power is diminished in the last six months, nearly 40 percent. Not to mention the storage of gasoline, of course. The suspension of payments Martinsa-Fadesa, the first real estate Spanish, has resulted in both the stock market crash but a domino effect on an entire industry has had spectacular gains in recent years and now trembles before the lean. It was an open secret that the housing bubble had to burst and he liked it or not to hear and accept the tenant of the Moncloa, things have accelerated so that our economy is in freefall and nobody seems able to avoid it.

I want a volkswagen golf ... .. I go to the dealership ... I take the data ... .. has been 5 days ... I am still waiting ... ...

This queiro say that if you look the lower sales of Volkswagen in this zone is clear that the crisis will be affected ... but one they have lost and not for the crisis ... is the futility .... a drop in sales of 20% can be in a high percentage by the crisis per there uan variable blur that is the futility and that the term crisis blurs ...

Item ratings ..

Do not forget that companies have to switch to the new general plan accounting and remember that those listed have made a couple of years ago .... the valuation of assets is a particularly important point in the new plan ... and the whole troop of appraisers, auditors, consultants and other raptors have left to spend fat, fat (which is tradition ... remember if Banesto) ... when I I see a name rimbobante (especially Anglo-Saxon) which audits (care), rate (careful, careful, careful) or advice (terrror, terror, terror) and leaving in his legs .... now everyone should be hidden or rectifying and putting the lace ....

Total this the small fish that eat the big ones usually do well in the Disney movies and a little more ... .. Martinsa, habitat, reyal, Astroc .... provides for a sequel pocahontas-I, pocahontas-II

Head to the real economy .... we will do better at all ... buy a 100, sell at 120 and looking to win (clean) 2 or 3 ... ..

Remember the summer we announced the baticao?. The announcement came a girl telling other kids "is my baticao and do not let her."

Then the relentless marketing campaign colacao taking as target for selfish children caused hundreds of thousands of families, in many cases with 1 single consumer of colacao at home, bought the family pack of 5 kg to achieve baticao.

I think you answered the question of whether it is necessary or not marketing.

Good morning!

I worked at a company in the field of real estate, from September / October 2007 the company already began to have serious liquidity problems and great difficulties in selling homes or property in general, banks will not lend money or the company to make a plan viabiliadad or prospective buyers of homes to be treasurer. In November 2007 began the first layoffs, inebitablemente, 35 people were on the street, which was 50% of total employees. From January 2008 to May 2008 the company ended up laying off laying off 20 others, until it was June and we just all on the street. Abstract 70 people directly in the list of Inem and number of contractors without charge, which leads to more unemployment.
By this I mean that for over 9 months than people who work in this sector, we knew and avisabamos what would happen if nobody did anything to stop it, and actually did, the cruelest is that in elections in March 2008 knowing that we were coming, they are already wise, Zapatero deceived us and said there was no crisis and that we had a large surplus for doing good homework. As the surplus we have not smoked in 3 months (amazing) and porfin accept that we are in crisis. Zp fooled us at the time and we still deceiving whenever habre mouth.
When in March I commented to my friends and familiar that ZP luring us looked at me like a resentful, now even more socialist are realizing that this president does not know us out of the crisis.
More lies not!

Indeed, in times of great inflation that people climb the light between 6 and 10% to help it down and encourage the working class, social policy if Mr.

Completely agree with you. In fact If you look in recent months there are plenty of TV ads repeated previous seasons. Even El Corte English has nailed to the announcement of the cuts a rehash of old ads in frightening to see Carlos Sobera rejuvenated and with a kind of toupee on his head. We decorate as if it were something new and not just a cut and paste to not spend dough to make a new one and so a lot of brands doing casting ads 3 to 4 years.

It seems that the industry marketing and advertising starts to suffer.

# 35, The end of a growth model
July 17, 2008, at 11:06

The goose that lays the golden egg is dead ...

This crisis would have been like when the PSOE or PP in government. The Spanish problem is structural: Our growth has been driven primarily by speculation. And that is very old (when did the bubble? 10 years ago?).

Builders, developers and banks man killed the goose that lays the golden eggs (the humble curritos), who have given them all the money they could exchange for a story "that will never drop the price," and promises to "buy for 40 and sold 70, that this is revalued each year, "" you are stupid if you buy a flat ". And my mortgage varies according to the Euribor? "Ah, well, that's very stable ... Depends on the European Central Bank.

Most people fell into "the business", some out of necessity (to live under one roof), some by sheer greed. Now we have a country in debt to the brim that can no longer pay more. And if curritos we can not give more money by buying more houses or more cars, or traveling, real estate firms go bankrupt, the car manufacturers shut up shop and airlines (already affected by the price of fuel) fire hands full.

And to end the crisis, we try to squeeze a little more to the chicken draft (buy, consume, damn! That leaves more money in your pockets! Do not stop the wheel!). But the system of economic growth based on property speculation has died too. We have seen that does not work, and when the bubble bursts does great harm to the whole society.

Until they change the growth model does not become fat cows. And that is not achieved in a year or two, make no mistake ... We have to change the growth model structurally, and that if the Government now needs to do: first, that no one earns a dime speculating on housing . They should build nuclear power plants, we must take advantage of new renewable energy technologies (perhaps we have sun and wind to spare?).

In short, should facilitate the establishment of industries that produce SOMETHING! What causes Spain now? Bricks, speculators and people in debt. No one can be more productive, or be a burden bigger than the debts generalized to deal with any global crisis.

But banks and builders do not understand this ... "Gallinita me another egg, chicken ..."

Hello everyone.

For those who do not know, the Camino de Santiago is protected by UNESCO as being World Heritage of Humanity. We are talking specifically of the French Way, starting from Roncesvalles and reaches Santiago. He is considered the main street of Europe by the constant stream of pilgrims who visited in the past 1250 years and its remarkable influence on European development in this period.

Part of the enormous cultural richness of northern Spain (Santiago, OR Cebreiro, Ponferrada, Astorga, Leon, Fromista, Carrión de los Condes, Castrojeriz, Burgos, Sto. Domingo de la Calzada, Logroño, Estella Puente la Reina, Pamplona, and a long etc.). ... by referring only to the French way, has a close relationship with the Camino de Santiago.

About a year and a half came to light that FADESA planned construction of an industrial estate in the Galician municipality of O Pino, about 15 km. Santiago de Compostela, near the airport Lavacolla, with an area of 1,000,000 square meters, just above the Camino de Santiago. To this they agreed the reclassification of the land with the mayor of O Pino, convinced him that he, in turn recommend to the neighboring homeowners the convenience of accepting 6 euros per square meter and pay "fair" for the purchase of their land, and before you have all the permits and put the machines to knock down a delightful forest, everyone knows that once destroyed it is easier to proceed with the construction of the proposed site to the recovery forest damage already done.

The Galician Association of Friends of the Camino de Santiago (AGACS, http://www.amigosdelcamino.com) was the only one who protested against this outrage to the Camino de Santiago, due to an association that does not support institutional grant and therefore not cut one hair at a time to denounce what he considers unfair.

The AGACS received telephone threats, pressure from the media, attacks from the same council, and finally got the stoppage of the works. Fundamental to this achievement was the claim to cultural bodies advocates the Camino de Santiago, including UNESCO, and a demonstration in Santiago over a year ago. Keep in mind that the Spanish laws protect the spaces through which passes the Camino de Santiago.

It must be said that the AGACS did not object at any time to the construction of any polygon, simply to its construction up the road to Santiago. If it had been projected at 300 meters from the road possibly would not have objected to its construction.

The latest news is of ago or two months, Fadesa had land for sale at 93 million euros (ie, to 93 euros per square meter, often negociazo).

Here you fail all, not just FADESA and the municipality of O Pino. The Ministry of Development is required to consult with the Ministry of Culture any planning permission for it to check compliance with the laws of environmental impact, more severe if it fits in all license applications near the Camino de Santiago.

More information to whoever is interested in info@amigosdelcamino.com

Hola buenas!

http://www.elperiodico.com/default.asp?idpublicacio_PK=46&idioma=CAS&idnoticia_PK=527567&idseccio_PK=1009

Veo dolor, mucho dolor…

Buenos dias.
