Buenos días a todos y todas.
Me gustaría hacer una reflexión y es que parece que no soy el único que se ha dado cuenta de que Mercadona (por citar uno, además de Eroski, etc…)
están subiendo los precios, de forma que poco a poco nos está costando más comprar lo mismo o debemos comprar ahora más cantidad (léase tomate frito en brick, zumos de los pequeños, etc…) que antes salían a 3 unidades y ahora debes comprar 6, flanes que antes salían 4, ahora 6 con el consiguiente aumento no proporcional, claro.
Todo ello es fácilmente constatable, porque normalmente mi compra suele ser casi calcada de una vez a otra, y te vas quedando con los precios de la vez anterior, así que mi consejo para navegantes, que miremos los precios, que no nos dejemos estafar por unas subidas que no se deben más que a las ganancias que deben parecer poco a los comercios.

De acuerdo contigo. Tener una alimentación sana, natural y saludable debería de ser un principio para todos. Yo doy prioridad a esto solo cualquier otra cosa en lo que a gastos familiares se refiere. Y me repugnan los caprichosos de la play, mp4, y demás, ropas caras y demás pijadas para malcriados…
Hace poco saltó la liebre con el aceite de girasol… Yo no entiendo como en un país como el nuestro con el mejor aceite de oliva del mundo ( cosa de la que deberíamos estar orgullosos ) se consume otros aceites de mala calidad y mucho menos saludables.
Yo no uso otra cosa que no sea aceite de oliva virgen extra para todo, cocinar y aliñar, y no concibo consumir otro aceite.

No es que seamos malos, ni culpables de que os vaya mal,
pero al unísono cantamos: Euribor, burn dem all!

Y ojo, estoy de acuerdo en lo de consumir lo que se necesite y no más e intentar ahorrar pero basta ya de demagogia y cursilerias.
No te gusta un gimnasio, habrá gente que le guste. No te gusta ir al cine todas las semanas, habrá gente que le guste. Cada uno sabrá lo que hacer con su vida.
También podrías ahorrar con tu conexión a internet y nos evitaríamos tus demagogias y cursilerias. Ahhh no, que tú te conectas desde el curro y le sangras a tu empresa.

No te quedes ahí ahora llaman a esos mismos que les dijeron sube 30.000 euros para decirles que si no los bajan no mantienen en cartera los inmuebles puesto que la gente se asusta de lo caros que estan los pisos y salen despaboridos de las oficinas pensando que son las inmobiliarias más caras de os alrededores.Ahora sólo les interesa pisos tirados de precio para poner en los escaparates y llamar la atención.

Comentabas que no conocías ningúna IPF que te rentara según Euribor.Pues decirte que http://www.cajamar.es la tiene es el primer mes al 9% y el resto hasta 6 meses a euribor según Reuteres.

Deciros también a los que por esta información me puntuasteis negativos ayer que yo sólo hago de periodista imparcial y cuento lo que he visto, no creais que me alegro de la situación actual que fomenta el ahorro dando tipos de interes referenciados a Euribor.Como siempre los que más tienen se benefician tanto en las vacas flacas como en las gordas.

Es cierto que hay marcas blancas que son una basura, al igual que hay medicamentos genéricos que también lo son. Pero hay productos que tienen una réplica igual en marca blanca.

Por ejemplo las pastas gallo, zumo don simon y pizzas tarradellas son las mismas que las de la marca hacendado del mercadona.

No te preocupes que los que andamos justitos ya ahorramos hasta el límite. Porque apenas puedes ahorrar, no vas a malgastar…
Los caprichitos van al anecdotario. Una vez al mes y si llega…
¡Ah! y de gimnasio nada, que para ir a mi casa tengo una cuesta de 15 minutos. Y vivo en un sexto (que hace un séptimo con el bajo) y no tengo ascensor…

mi madre me contaba un cuento o moraleja cuando era pequeña que era que la hormiga pedia que le ayudaran a moler los granitos de trigo que había encontrado para hacer pan para el invierno, y nadie le ayudaba , en especial la cigarra que se reia de ella, pues la hormiguita hizo su pan, paso todo el invierno calentita y con comida mientras los demas se murieron de hambre. pues estamos en lo mismo quien deverdad haga un pequeño esfuerzo por no derrochar y emplear su dinero y pagas extras para ahorrar cuando no hay cualquier imprevisto se llevará mejor que no teniendo nada.

lo se porque oigo gente decir lo tipico de me ha venido un imprevisto este mes y ya no tengo dinero… No se si el ahorrar está pasado de moda pero y la tranquilidad que te da? que por lo que sea te quedas sin trabajo pues tienes un dinerillo mientras te buscas otro para arrimarle al paro, que te dan un golpe y te quedas sin coche porque es siniestro o es culpa tuya y te vale 3000 euros , puedes pagarlo. que en invierno gastas mas calefaccion , pues no vas racaneando por la factura, lo mismo que enverano con el acondicionado.

como decian en otro post más arriba, no hay que tener muchos vivios hay gente que en fumar la pareja se deja 300 y 400 euros al mes,en vez de salir tanto a cenar, pues te traes los amigos a cenar a casa,a pasear más ajajaj y las pagas extras de verano para ahorrar un poquito y de vacaciones a la playa a la piscina , y cerquita bueno y barato , ya veras como se capea mejor el temporal.

Hoy precisamente hablando de Banesto os comento, que yo he enviado mi solicitud con todos los documentacion para solicitar esta hipoteca al 0,33, y queria saber vuestra opinion, y es que por la revision nos parece bien y al preguntar la TAE nos han comentado que es 4,95….. como lo veis?? esta bien, o es excesivo?? a ver si lo que nos queremos ahorrar por un lado nos lo van a cobrar por otro…

Buenos días.-

No te enfades tanto, buen hombre. El tema de los precios de los inmuebles, ahora mismo, no está, tanto, en los % que pueden caer éstos, como en la quiebra del sector inmobiliario.

¿Habrás escuchado que las constructoras quieren una subvención de 40.000.000.000.00 millones de euros?

Eso es síntoma de que están con la soga al cuello. Desde Septiembre de 2007, la depreciación de los activos está a la orden del día. Echa un vistazo a los números de Colonial. El precio de sus acciones ha bajado hasta los 0,83 euros.

Y ese es sólo uno de los tantos ejemplos que hay. Los números de Martinsa Fadesa son de vértigo. Suma y sigue…

Nadie se atreve a comprar activos a gran escala. Ayer, Prisa (debido a unas importantes deudas, que arrastra desde hace tiempo) se deshizo de unos activos que hace 2 años le valieron de garantía para adquirir un país pequeño, como aquel que dice.

Es ahí donde está el problema. Otro ejemplo. En un sitio excelente de la costa, ya hay pisos de 2 dormitorios a 88.000,00 euros. Eso lo ví ayer en una inmobiliaria de Madrid. Sabes perfectamente que hasta hace menos de 1 año, esos precios eran impensables.

Éstos, en concreto, habían llegado a figurar con un precio de 175.000.00 euros.

Sin ánimo de discutir. Los precios de los inmuebles van a caer tanto, cuanto demore esta situación de ocultaciones y de zozobra financiera.
Y cuanto más demore y se alargue, más van a caer los precios.

Todo, dicho de buen rollo.
