Star that no star.
Today is Friday and it was just to make up for the holidays of many touches to begin with an optimistic press release read in The Economist: "The Financial Times continues to believe that Spain is a 'star' despite the slowdown" and the truth is that if we look at the macroeconomic data it is. The GDP is growing despite a slowdown in one of our most sectors of weight (real estate). Although of course, are a country's macro data and other micro data from each of the Spaniards, because the truth is that the debt of Spanish families already are 115% of revenue a year negligible figure when compared with 70% for the year 2000 and we have more and more INRI an interest rate higher. Until we reach that level of debt?.
The truth is that the current situation it is worrying, on one hand the famous American mortgage crisis is returning to the banks very cautious and not get to a "credit crunch" as the major business projects will be very difficult to get loans, as the case may be of promoters, especially if we bear in mind that in Spain in 2008 on nearly a million homes.
On the other hand I am surprised to read in many ways following the release "The Euribor reaches 4.66% and rises mortgages at 89 euros a month (and several variations of the proprietor) I am surprised because there is still a day of trading and must be who have seen the rush to publish the news.
Little more than highlight today and to welcome readers that this weekend will return to this site. So the question today is easy Have you noticed the crisis in the area where you have summer? Has the time or the mortgage?.
Good weekend for all
PS: To climb the Euribor was not the fault of either ZP or the photo of the Azores or the nationalists, so let political discussions to the bars ![]()

Well, I think the media have seen in the Euribor its news star every month. They know that is a value that is of concern to all Spaniards increasingly ... but I still think that not everyone in Spain is mortgaged ... and are based on generating controversy or alarmist nonsense ...
