And continues to increase the average amount of mortgages.
Very warm today is the day in the real estate sector.
On one side read:
- 'Crash' walk from stock street: "We advise sellers of houses that lower prices"
- One of the major banks to their customers europe discourages investment in housing in Spain
But on the other hand, the data are as follows:
The average amount of mortgages on residential property consisting stood at 150,146 euros in February, an increase of 11.5% over the same month of 2006 and 1.9% higher than in January, according to the statistics of mortgages published today by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
For his part, the average amount per mortgage constituted on the total farm and urban areas stood at 177,916 euros, 15.7% more than the same month of 2006 and 6.8% higher than in January.
In the second month of the year, mortgaged a total of 153,726 farm and urban areas, representing a decrease of 4.3% over the same month last year, amounting to 27,350 million euros, 10.6% more .

As you can see there are a lot of confusion and mixed feelings, is the peculiarity of a market like this (housing), which is very very slow and the news does not affect directaemnte such as in the bag.
